I used to know nothing about the practice of Buddhism. Like most of the practitioners, I had been constantly changing QQ groups, hoping to find mentors who could guide me the real way of Dharma practicing, until I happened to know Mr. Qing Liangyue who woke me up from worldly affairs and told me how to transmit the spirit of Buddha.
True Buddhist practitioner must be a true meditation practitioner
Many years ago, I heard one of my colleagues chanted “ e mi tuo fo, e mi tuo fo...” . That incident made me start to know what was Buddhism and how to have Buddhist chanting. Also I became a Buddhist. After one year of mantra chanting practice, I could chanted “e mi tuo fo” repeatedly and subconsciously. As my first Buddhism teacher, although my colleague led me to Buddhism, I still felt confused on what I could achieve in Buddhism practice.
Because of my busy work, I barely had anytime to have Mantra chanting, even on Sunday. And also I had been searching mentors who could guide me the real way of Dharma practicing. There was one time, on a Buddhist’s gathering, I met another Dharma practitioner. Based on what he told me I started to realize that mantra chanting couldn't represent Dharma training. The real way must be based on Buddhism meditation ability. With this in mind, I started to train myself of “double legs cross positioning meditation”, and that was a pain in the hell.
I spent a lot of time on double crossed legs position practice, while I was engaged in my meditation, Sutra reading and Mantra chanting. Good news, I finally made some progress after a year of practicing. Bad news, the gentleman who guided me into double leg cross meditation passed away. I felt very sad. I still remembered his words that real Dharma is inward digging and peace instead of outward searching.
Forming ties with The Ontology of Mind, made it to Samadhi.
I almost gave up meditation practice because of my bad depression. However, Buddhas won’t give up on any living creatures. I met Mr. Qing Liangyue through a Buddhist. And I was totally shocked by Mr. Qing Liangyue’s theories. My whole body was getting warm and my wind was fully concentrated when I listened to Mr. Qing Liangyue talk about “how to GuanXin (tracking mind)” on the first time. Mr. Qing was so patient to answer each Buddhist’s question once and once again no matter how fundamental their questions were. This reminded me how Shakyamuni Buddha had been propagating his Buddhism teaching in 49 years with all his compassion and mercy. Mr. Qing Liangyue is doing the same thing just like Shakyamuni Buddha. After theory study, we started to do real meditation practice, and that was the time I began to realiz that meditation execution was totally different and way more challenging than what I expected. All in all, practice is different than theory!
After I followed Mr. Qing’s meditation practical instruction, my leg pain stopped bothering me, and it was fully matched with Mr. Qing’s theory that our body becomes feeless once we enter subconscious focus condition. I fell in love with Mr. Qing Liangyue’s Ontology of Mind which makes me fully understand the true meaning of Dharma and Buddhism. As I followed Mr. Qing Liangyue’s theory and practical courses, I dedicated so much time and patience. As rewards, I made myself enter fundamental Samadhi. I was the one who witnessed the transformation of my own personality through the whole courses, such as less emotional, more moral, etc. I am truly grateful to Mr. Qing for his fabulous courses and his endless patience.
The summary of my meditation practice experience:
List below are my key advices of how to enter samadhi for your reference:
1. “Faith is the mother of merit and virtue”. Cultivating faith needs time. Just settle your mind with the Dharma, and let time speak the truth.
2. Empty your meditation knowledge from your past experiences, and only dedicate to Mr. Qing Liangyue’s theory.
3. Subconscious benefits from out countless repeat. Use all of our leisure time to listen and think about Mr. Qing Liangyue’s theory repeatedly.
4. Sticking with Mr. Qing Liangyue’s course requirements and arrangements unconditionally.
5. “Thoughts is another name of thinker”, and always remind ourselves of “I am doing something” in our daily life, such as I’m sleeping, I’m walking, I’m feeling upset, etc.
6. Taking advantages of pocket time to practice nap taking, and use nap taking method to deal with “mind scattered”.
Tao has to be simple and clear, not the same as our complicated conscious mind. So all we have to do is to empty our previous meditation experience, knowing well of the theory. We all can do well with the help of Mr. Qing Liangyue. That was how I entered Samadhi first time, and I will keep on going with this determined mind.
